2. What data we collect
Account & order data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order history. Payment data is processed by Stripe/ESTO. We never store full card details. Technical data: IP, browser, device, analytics.
3. Why we process it
To fulfil orders, issue invoices, handle returns. To answer your questions. To send transactional emails. With consent — marketing emails (unsubscribe anytime). To comply with legal obligations.
4. Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies for cart/login. With consent — analytics (Plausible) and marketing cookies.
5. Sharing
Only with processors: hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe, ESTO), shipping (Omniva, Smartpost, DPD), email service. We do not sell your data.
6. Retention
Order/accounting data: 7 years. Account data: while active + 1 year after deletion. Marketing consent: until unsubscribe.
